Welcome to the Attendee Submission for the ASEAN+ Youth Summit 2023 (A+YS), part of ASEAN Indonesia 2023 and hosted by Indonesian Youth Diplomacy (IYD).

Submission rounds
1. Regular Submissions:
Prospective applicants that wish to attend A+YS must submit their submission through the regular submission round.

2. Scholarship Submission:
Applicants who are accepted on Regular Submissions phase and wish to apply for a scholarship should submit their submission by the stipulated closing date.

Key Dates for Submissions:
1. Regular Submissions Open: July 10th, 2023
2. Regular Submissions Close: July 31st, 2023
3. Scholarship Submissions Open: August 2nd, 2023
4. Scholarship Submissions Close: August 13th, 2023

In order to apply for a scholarship, you must be accepted on the regular round. A+YS committee will not accept any late submissions.

You will receive correspondences through an email, If selected for the next round of the submission process, you may have to schedule brief interview with A+YS committee member.

Please note that you must be 18 or older to be eligible to attend the conference in person.
